Türkiye'de Ekslibris
Abstract
Türkiye’nin ekslibrisi tanıması, ya yurtdışına giden kişiler ya da batıdan alınmış kitaplar aracılığıyla olmuştur. Batıda yapılan müzayedelerden alınan Türkiye ile ilgili bazı kitaplarda ekslibrislere rastlanmaktadır. Türkiye’de adına gerçek anlamda ilk ekslibris yaptıranların, o dönemin yabancı uyruklu kitapseverleri olduğu söylenebilir. Kitap tutkunları ile kütüphanesinden ödünç alınıp geri getirilmeyen kitaplara önlem olarak ekslibris yaptıranlar her geçen gün artmaktadır.
İlk olarak 1997 yılında Ankara’da kurulan Ekslibris Derneği, 2008’den bu yana etkinliklerine İstanbul’da İstanbul Eklibris Derneği olarak devam etmektedir. İstanbul Ekslibris Müzesi 2014 yılında yeni yeri olan Maslak’taki Işık Üniversitesi’ne taşınmıştır. 17.000’in üzerindeki ekslibris koleksiyonu ve kitaplığı ile araştırmacılara fırsat yaratmıştır.
